On 22nd of Decembar 2008 has been signed the agreement about recapitalization of 49 % between federal government of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines has become strategic partner of B&H Airlines. The federal government of Bosnia and Herzegovina kept 50,9337 % of total capital. Energoinvest Ltd. Is holder of 0,0663 %.
Codeshare agreement
B&H Airlines has implemented codeshare agreements with two airlines:
- JAT
- Turkish Airlines
