STANDARD AGREEMENT CONDITIONS

All of our offers depend on availability of the aircraft, crew members, fuel prices, differencies in exchange rates, slots and permissions.

After, the agreement customer is supposed to pay 25 % in advance and the rest of the whole amount must be payed 7 days before scheduled departure.

CANCELLATION

            Conditions:

  • We charge 0 % if cancelled 30 days before,
  • We charge 10 % if cancelled 30 - 20 days before,
  • We charge 40 % if cancelled 20 - 10 days before,
  • We charge 50 % if cancelled 10 - 3 days before,
  • We charge 80 % if cancelled 3 - 0 days before scheduled departure

IMPORTANT: Cancellation should always be in written form(Fax, SITA, e-mail). Cancellation conditions written above are valid for a period before signing the agreement. Cancellation rules written and signed in agreement are valid after both sides agree and sign the agreement. B&H Airlines is commited to transfer the passangers according international transport regulations.
