General conditions/rules

Airline tickets can be issued for following persons:

  • Adults above 12 years;
  • Children under age of 12;
  • Infants (Babies)older than 1 week but under age of 2;
  • Juniors (Youth) between age 12 an 25;
  • Senior citizensabove 60 years. 

 

Notice: According to our safety reasons, an adult person can travel only with one infant. If an adult person is travelling with more than one infant, for the others seat reservation is requested. This seat reservation will be charged according price list for the children under age of 12.
Canceling or rescheduling
If canceling or rescheduling please inform our sales or representative office at + 387 (0)33 550 125; (0)33 550 126 or by E-mail: agencija@bhairlines.ba.

Notice: About possibilities of canceling or rescheduling please get informed while paying your ticket. It is not possible to cancel or reschedule some ticket. Also some changes on your reservation will be extra charged if needed.
