Passangers with special needs
Each employee of B&H Airlines will do anything to provide a pleasant journey for passangers with special needs. So please be so kind and tell us your needs while you make your reservation.
It is good to know:
- WCHR – A person who is able to walk without any help or assistance. He needs only a wheel chair from departure terminal to the plane and from the plane to the arrival terminal.
- WCHS – A person who is not able to walk on his own, but is able to operate without anybody's help inside the aircraft. He needs a wheel chair from departure terminal to the plane and from the plane to the arrival terminal.
- WCHC – A stagnant/immobile person, who is not able to walk without wheel chair. Assistance is required all the time.
- BLIND – A blind person.
- DEAF – A deaf and dumb person
- DEAF/BLIND – A deaf and blind person. A companion is requested.
- MAAS – A person with special needs. For example ot able to settle down with foreign language, or senior/older persons.
